LITTLE
NINJAS 
Our
Little Ninja program, geared to students
ages 5 and 6-years old, is action-packed
with fun and important skills. Students
train one or two times a week depending
on their schedule and goals. Ninjas
learn important skills that will last
them a lifetime. A few of the things
learn are:

Listening
skills

Focus

Following
directions
-
Discipline
- Self
defense
- How
to handle bullies at school without
getting in trouble themselves
- Fitness
and coordination
- Stranger
danger skills

| Once
they have mastered these skills they promote
up to the karate program where they are
on their path to black belt. Our karate
program is for students ages 7 and up.
We have a separate program for adults.
