CLASS SCHEDULE

We have something for everyone on our schedule. We've tried to accommodate familes by offering early and later time slots for most classes. Come and train with us - it's a lot of fun plus you'll learn valuable self defense techniques as well as work on flexibility, strength and conditioning.

Tigers and Ninjas are students aged 3 to 6. All other classes are for students ages seven and up. Ask us about our adult program.
